How to order-
1.Have a browse of the blog and don't forget to check out our Facebook page.
2.You can contact us for a chat via our email address (info@florencehettyteas.co.uk) and tell us about your event, please remember to include a date and the number of people. 
3. We will provide you with a quote. 
4. On agreement to proceed, we will ask for a 50% deposit of the total cost. 
5. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to event. 

Term's & Conditions
Standard period of hire is for one day only, quotations for longer hire are available on request. 
The customer is solely responsible for the goods during the period of hire from the time the goods are delivered by Florence Hetty Teas until they are collected by Florence Hetty Teas. 
PLEASE NOTE- that none of the Vintage China should be placed in a dishwasher or washed, all China will be cleaned by Florence Hetty Teas, taking away the stress so that you can enjoy your day. 

Term's of Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, payable when order is placed. 
The balance of the Afternoon Tea is required 14 days prior to the commencement of the Afternoon Tea. 

1. We will deliver the items to your chosen venue, we will style you tables and lay out the food. 
2. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius, any mileage after this will be charged for. 
3. Enjoy your party!
4. After the event unwashed china will be collected in the original packaging at a prearranged time with you. 
5. E-mail us your comments and photos to put on our page. 

All breakages must be paid for
Teacups/Saucer/Side Plate- £4.00 each
Dinner/Serving Plate- £6.00 each
Milk Jugs/Sugar Bowl- £4.00 each
Teapot/Cake Stand- £12.00 each. 

Florence Hetty Teas will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property arising from the goods supplied; neither shall Florence Hetty Teas be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising.
